Methodology
Methodology included user personas, user journeys and information architecture. The wireframes and prototypes allowed verification on content and testing for the final look and feel of the application.

Phase 1
Research
Research helped gather insights into user behaviors, pain points, preferences, and technology usage patterns. The developed detailed user personas representing different segments within the target community. These personas embodied the characteristics, needs, goals, and pain points of potential users, guiding the design process.

Phase 2
User Journeys
User journeys were created to identify key touchpoints and interactions within the application. The discovery of pain points and opportunities for improvement, ensured a seamless user experience throughout the rental process.
Phase 3
Information Architecture
A new design of an intuitive information architecture support categorization and presented vehicle-related information in a clear and organized manner. This way ease of navigation and access to essential features is prioritized.

Phase 4
Wireframes
Wireframes and interactive prototypes illustrated the application's layout, flow, and functionalities. These provided stakeholder's and user feedback to refine the design, iteratively improving the user experience.
